What a great beach house located at popular Smiths Beach on Phillip Island, only a short walk to the main surf beach and shops. Very close to the Phillip Island Grand Prix track, and approximately 10 minutes’ drive to the penguins, koala conservation centre and other Phillip Island attractions including the main shopping centre of Cowes where there is a good selection of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants. Located halfway on Phillip Island. A quiet location and perfect for a getaway and rest.
A perfect family home featuring 3 bedrooms, 1-bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living area, and enclosed outdoor area. An easy stroll to the beach, hot shower awaits your return before sips on the deck with water views to admire your craving of the waves.
The three bedrooms all have new mattresses purchased in the last six months. Two rooms have Queen size beds, and the third bedroom has King single bunks and a double single bunk, bedroom blinds provide full block out and privacy screen.
The bathroom has a shower including a half size foot bath and vanity. The toilet is separate to the bathroom and adjacent to the laundry where there is a second vanity.
The kitchen provides a full-size fridge-freezer combination, induction stove top electric oven, microwave, and coffee pod machine. The kitchen area is spacious, where many gather whilst meals are being prepared or lounge on the couches watching the TV and the log fire.
The fully enclosed and weather protected elevated deck is where family and friends gather to share meals around a table which comfortably seats 10. A large gas BBQ has nourished many!
Plenty of parking on the property, the carport provides access to electricity for EV‘s. fully fenced and pet friendly. With an outdoor clothesline, basketball ring and plenty of grass, there is room for relaxing and playing outside.

Within 5 minutes walking distance of the beach and a short 5 minute drive to the heart of Cowes, where there is an abundance of delicious cafes, restaurants and shops.
The two storey home has 5 spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and two separate living areas. Take your pick of things to do – read a book on the comfy couches downstairs or in the upstairs leisure area, play a board game, sit back and watch a DVD on the large screen television or enjoy the stunning outdoor facilities. The indulgent outdoor entertaining area has everything you need to relax! With a convenient outdoor fridge and comfortable outdoor setting, you will surely feel like you have found your own slice of paradise.
The lower level has an open plan design with a big kitchen, large dining table and recliner lounge, which opens onto the amazing outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large Tecknika gourmet oven, dishwasher, fridge (complete with ice maker) and Nespresso coffee machine.
The first master bedroom, with a king bed, big screen television, large walk in robe and grand ensuite including a bath, is located on the ground floor.
