Where do I find accommodation?
Visit our website at www.holidayhomesphillipisland.com.au then enter your requirements and click search or book or make an enquiry on www.airbnb.com.au, www.booking.com, www.homeaway.com.au, www.stayz.com.au and make an enquiry.
How do I make a booking request?
Follow the prompts on the Accommodation search, enter all your details and proceed to the end and click 'confirm booking'. You will then see a message saying thank you for requesting a booking. When the request is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and a phone call from Dianne. Payment is to follow.
What do your receive after you have booked a holiday homes?
When your booking has been confirmed after the deposit has been paid you will receive the terms and conditions
When I book do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, 50% at the time of a confirmed booking.
When do I have to pay the security bond?
Each property has a security bond and the security bond amount is held against your credit card. There is no payment required.
When do I have to pay the balance ?
28 days prior to your arrival date
When is Check-in time?
Check-in is after 2pm, unless another time has been agreed by management – Holiday Homes Phillip Island
When is Check-out time?
Check-out is at 10am, unless another time has been agreed by management – Holiday Homes Phillip Island
How do I access the property?
The day before arrival date Dianne from Holiday Homes Phillip Island will contact you by phone and discuss all about the property and on the day of arrival you will receive an sms with the key code to access the keys for the property.
Where do I collect the keys from?
The keys are in the locked key box at the property, or entry is via a digital code with no keys.
What should we bring?
Holiday Homes do not provide linen; therefore, you will need to bring sheets, pillow covers, bath towels, tea towels and beach towels. Alternatively, we can arrange linen hire at a cost for you. Also, you will need to bring perishables like dishwashing liquid, toiletries and toilet paper, etc.
Do we have to clean properties before we leave?
It is stated in the Terms and Conditions that it is required that the Guest leave the property in the way it was received, in a clean and tidy manner upon departure. This includes washing dishes, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the BBQ, sweeping the floor and taking all rubbish out of the house and putting the bins out on the curb for collection. This is to avoid excess cleaning cost
Are pets allowed inside pet friendly properties?
Holiday Homes will either be pet friendly or not. Some properties prefer pets outside only whilst others agree to pets inside. See Terms and Conditions about pets.
