Beach Holiday Homes Phillip Island is a holiday rental service with a home office in Newhaven, about 90 minutes from Melbourne.

​

• Dianne Ray Realty was set up early 2015 on Phillip Island offering a small independent boutique real estate agency servicing Phillip Island and San Remo. As time progressed a number of holiday owners asked if we would do their holiday rental management for them. We have slowly increased the number of holiday rental properties to manage and of course always looking for more although we do say we would only have a small portfolio of properties to manage. It is very difficult to manage many properties.

• We decided it was time to develop a specilaits website www.holidayhomesphillipisland.com.au  for holiday rental properties.

• We started the holiday rental management because Dianne Ray the owner has been involved in the B&B and the accommodation industry for many years and understands what holiday rental is all about

• There was a need in the community to offer a very personal, professional boutique service and because we live locally we are able to service the property and guests 24/7.

Dianne Ray the owner, who lives on Phillip Island in Victoria.  We want to introduce you to the Phillip Island – the home of the Little Penguin and a place we think is one of the great destinations in the world. We can help you find the right Phillip Island accommodation holiday rental property for your needs. Dianne Ray (Director, Owner) has had extensive experience in tourism,hospitality, real estate and teaching. For the last twenty or so years Dianne has had her own business in real estate selling accommodation properties, businesses and residential property. Dianne has a teaching degree and full real estate Victorian license. Dianne lives in Newhaven. 

 

We have a local team of expert plumbers, electricians, builders, maintenance people, interior designers and general trouble-shooters. Together we bring to our business a friendly and personal service with first-hand knowledge of the hospitality and tourism  industry as well as the local area. This ensures that our properties are well managed to the highest standard and that guests receive a warm, information welcome ahead of their stress-free holiday.
